• 1st Place — Patrick Burns won a $50 gift card for his safety concern, “Exposed wire on power cord for conveyor belt in shakeout hole. Solution: Tape up wire or replace the whole thing. Team leader was notified.” This has been addressed.
• Random #1 — Patrick Thurmond won a $25 gift card for his safety concern, “Water leaking in foundry break room, someone could slip and get hurt. Solution: Fix the leak in the roof.” This is being addressed.

•  Random #2 — Tommy Mills won a $25 gift card for his safety concern, “Forklift in the machine shop, the horn is broken and won’t blow half the time you need it to. Solution: Please get horn fixed.” This has been addressed.

•  Random #2 — Travis Hobbs won a $25 gift card for his safety concern, “Fan over Saunder oven does not work when the oven comes out, causing more heat in the plant and making it very hot. Solution: Please get fan fixed.” This has been addressed.
